Previously, she was a VP Sales of Eurocom, the largest Communication Company in Israel. Prior to that, Mrs. Kohenfounded Honda bikes branch in Israel and was the CEO of SEAT cars in Israel.Mrs. Limor Kohen got the B.A. degree in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing.

During his career, Benny gained vast experience in the field of business & finance; investing & recruiting finances and investment banking firms.Prior to investing in Gefen, Benny held equity control positions in a numerous Israeli public companies.Benny also serves as V.P. Gal is also a senior professor, teaching the various areas of Taxation in several Academic Institutions such as the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, ranked among the world’s top Universities. He participated in many seminars and forums on Taxation on behalf of the Israeli Bar Association and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Gal wrote and co-wrote many professional essays on different areas of accounting, published in the Financial Press and Professional Literature.

Gal worked for the Israeli Ministry of Finance and Taxation Authority from 2004 to 2013. In his last position he was Director of the Israeli Tax Authority’s professional division Department. As part of his managerial positions within the Tax Authority, Gal became the Professional Coordinator representing the Tax Authority in Professional Forums with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants; as an administrator and professional coordinator of auditors courses at the Tax Authority. Member of the Steering Committee and Head of the Professional Staff of the Israeli Tax Authority’s departmental quizzes; Gal also wrote Professional Circulars, instruction manuals, and position papers on Tax in Israel, including preliminary approvals as part of the of the Israeli “Pre rulings” Institution; he worked out to reach Tax Settlements with major corporations in Israel and abroad; served as the professional contact person for Tax assessors in Israel; and was involved in committees of great importance to the Israeli economy Specialized in various areas of taxation, mainly: Income Tax, Incentive Laws, Restructuring, and International Taxation.
